Torey, originally from Queens, New York, has recently found her home in Florida. Growing up surrounded by her family’s love for animals, she developed a deep passion for their care and well-being, which ultimately shaped her career path. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Queens College and boasts over a decade of experience in customer service, excelling in delivering exceptional care to both humans and animals.
Six years ago, Torey embarked on her journey in the animal field by volunteering at the Golden Paw Society. There, she dedicated her time to socializing, nurturing, and preparing cats for adoption, laying the foundation for her subsequent roles in various animal hospitals. Throughout her career, she has acquired invaluable hands-on experience in kennel work, providing assistance to veterinarians, and managing reception duties with utmost professionalism and dedication.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Torey finds joy in her personal life, cherishing moments spent at home with her boyfriend and their three beloved feline companions – Mikey, Conor, and Mr. Rose. Additionally, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops and embarking on outdoor adventures like kayaking during her leisure time, embracing the beauty of Florida’s landscapes.
